Adorned with eye-catching butterflies, ‘Painted Lady’ is the creation of Surrey artist Kirstin Wood, and disabled young people and adults attending art therapy sessions at White Lodge Centre in Chertsey. The art therapy class at the Centre designed the butterflies for this cow and Kirstin Wood brought the designs to life.
Painted Lady was sponsored by Belron International who are delighted to be taking part in CowParade Surrey, a fantastic initiative which engages with the local Surrey community as well as connecting businesses, schools and organisations alike.
Painted Lady will raise funds for White Lodge Centre who support disabled children, young people and adults, their families and carers in Surrey. They specialise in care for those with a diverse range of disabilities, including cerebral palsy and other similar conditions.
